Emelie Bergh is a slow fashion and fibers artist with sustainability as the driving force of every garment. Her work is conceptualized through a deep emotional connection to nature and acts as a way to educate the public about environmental issues. Each piece is carefully considered and sourced with as much coming from the US as possible and only using eco-friendly fabrics and dyes. The fibers and fabrics always begin in their natural color and are hand painted, dyed, embroidered, and beaded to create new textiles.
